What we collect

• Intake form: your name, email, optional phone number, career details you choose to share, and any résumé or job description you upload (PDF or DOCX, up to 10 MB each).
• Contact form: your name, email, subject and message.
• Assistant chat: the messages you type are sent to an AI service to generate a reply. We do not save chat transcripts.

We never ask for passwords, government ID numbers, passport details or financial information. Please don't include them.

How we use it

Only to review your inquiry, contact you about it, and — if you engage us — deliver the agreed services.

Where it's stored and who can see it

Form submissions are stored in a secured database. Uploaded documents are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to authorized members of our team.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We don't share your materials with employers or anyone else without your authorization.

Retention and your choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information you have submitted by using the contact form.

Analytics

We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
